Acne is caused by many factors which the keratinization, sebum, acne, stress and so on.
Among them excessive sebum secretion is the main cause of acne
Sebum secretion are many more male than women, especially near the nose and forehead is the area many sebum secretion.
the cause of sebum secretion increase is androgen hormones. in addition, it is growth hormones, growth factors etc..
