* Titanium dioxide

* Zinc oxide

* Mexoryl

1. Sleep

It is important to get enough sleep before 12 o'clock. 

Time of the skin regeneration actively is at 10pm ~ 2:00 am o'clock. In the case of sleep deprivation, skin immune systems will decrease and be sensitive because that  the skin regeneration slows, stress hormones are secreted. In addition, stress hormones are often the factors that worsen the acne.

2. Eating habits

Fat, sweets, fried food, snack, alcohol intake, It can be worsen the inflammation of acne.

High saturated fat, high-sugar foods, it promote androgen hormones stimulate the sebaceous glands, thereby increase the secretion of sebum. Also it is  increases keratinocytes and be formed by preventing exacerbated acne emissions inflammatory.

In addition, it is recommended that you restrict alcohol because it stimulates the sebaceous glands to produce stress hormones.

3. Hair

Often wash hair and sprays, gels, etc. use hair products should be avoided. Also hairstyle is recommended that the hair should be avoid contact with face.
