At the turn of the weather, the skin become dry. And face looks unclean and rough by keratin. The keratin is removed through the skin's normal cell metabolism process. New cells are made within about 28 days, and the stratum corneum which constitute dead skin cell on the surface of the skin foes away, it becomes a new skin.
The stratum corneum protects the skin by preventing moisture evaporation and foreign substances from entering the skin. But If it excessive accumulation can cause problems in the process of making new skin cells and caused skin troubles.
