The trouble on the skin is start with the problems of the skin barrier.

The skin barrier is which protection from the external environment it consists of the stratum corneum that is outermost layer of the epidermis.

Normal stratum corneum structure is a structure such as bricks and cement. keratin cell is the functionality as brick that protective role of the skin barrier, the epidermal lipids as ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, etc. The epidermal lipids as ceramides, cholesterol, fatty acids, etc., it corresponds to that the cement attached bricks that make up the skin barrier with one another.

The reactions of the skin barrier when damaged
